Dr. Ko is one of the most important persons in Psychology study in Taiwan, Dr. Ko is considered as the best Clinical Psychologist who dedicates 50 years in conducting research, teaching, and publishing 9 books of related subjects. Moreover, he promoted "Mental Health Act" and invented "Ko's mental health questionnaire"("KMHQ" in short) to evaluate the mental health among individual and the group.
