Maslow's hierarchy of needs

I changed my tile from insomnia to Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

Hi everybody, welcome to Aaron's talk show. Today, I'll introduce a psychologist. He is noted for his conceptualization of a "hierarchy of human needs", and is considered the father of humanistic psychology. He is Maslow, Abraham Maslow. Maslow's hierarchy of needs is predetermined in order of importance. It is often depicted as a pyramid consisting of five levels: physiological needs, safety needs, love/belonging, esteem, self-transcendence.
